We do our best to ship in stock orders within 24 hours of order being placed. We take great care in each and every order no matter how big or small.
Orders are generally shipped via Priority Mail with the United States Post Office. The average ground shipping time is 2-5 days. Express shipping is available for an additional fee. puddle ducks will deliver your gift wrapped purchase for free at any location within 15 miles. If you would like puddle ducks to deliver your purchase to any other location within the St. Louis metropolitian area, please call the store for delivery charge fees.

puddle ducks strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and an exceptional shopping experience.
If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 15 days from the date received. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached. Children's rugs, art, and furniture require a nominal restocking fee from the manufacture typically. Upon receipt of your approved return, puddle ducks will either issue a refund, store credit, or ship the item you selected in exchange.
Custom-designed items, personalized items, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Will I pay sales tax? TOP
Sales tax applies to all orders shipped to a Missouri address. There is no sales tax charged for any other state.
