Shipping for apparel and small items
We at puddle ducks do our best to send your order out promptly.
In most cases, this means the next business day. Currently, we offer
free shipping on apparel orders over $100.00. For orders under $100.00
and non apparel items, standard shipping rates will be based on
current Fed Ex rates for ground, next day and overnight.
Furniture, drop shipped items and special order garments vary from
by product and expected shipping times will be indicated in the
product information.
Shipping for furniture and drop shipped items
You must be present to receive, inspect and sign for delivery. It
is standard practice for freight carriers to offer curb service
only. You will need to arrange for help on delivery day to carry
items into your home, assemble and help set up. Some freight services
offer this service for an additional fee. Please check with them
when delivery is being scheduled.
Upon receipt of your furniture it is very important that you inspect
the outside of the packages and boxes very carefully. Please make
note of any damage on the bill of lading before signing and with
the driver present. If there is damage on the box, please ask the
driver to wait until you inspect the furniture for damage. Please

the freight carrier and puddle ducks of the damage immediately.
In case of shipping damage, there is a statute of limitations on
filing damage claims. This varies with different carriers so it
is important to handle the problem as quickly as possible. It is
your responsibility to notify the freight carrier and submit claim
for damage. You are still responsible for payment of all merchandise
and puddle ducks will work with you to have replacement parts or
damaged items replaced as quickly as possible.
Returns
The following items cannot be returned:
- All personal care products i.e. shampoo, lotions, creams or
ointments
- Sleep and lounge wear
- Undergarments
- Swimwear
- Hair Bows
- Special order or custom items
All other products purchased through puddle ducks can be returned
up to 20 days from the purchase date. Returned items will not be
accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Please contact us
for an RA#. Products must be returned unused, with tags attached,
and in original packaging to receive a full refund. Shipping costs
are not refunded unless return is due to a processing error. If

Furniture Returns
All dissatisfied freight returns will require prior approval from
puddle ducks and must be returned to the manufacturer at the buyers
expense and will require a 10% restocking fee as well as freight
charges. Returns must be in original packaging and repacked in the
manor in which you received it. Furniture must be packed with expert
care to reduce shipping damages or you may forfeit your right to
a refund. All drop shipped items must be returned within 7 days
of receipt or it will be assumed you are satisfied with your purchase.
